Please contact me if you can provide any information regarding Greenleaf Casting Agency, Greenleaf Entertainment, Camp Showbiz. They appear to be trading under three different names around the Leeds area, Scott Cole seems to be the sole director/staff. I am concerned they may have gone bust as their Greenleaf Casting website is now down and they have not responded to any of my numerous emails, phone calls and a hand delivered letter. (Edit: I now know that Scott uses different names and may be known as Scott Sacks. His real name is thought to be Scott Cole Sacks.)
I tweeted their Greenleaf Entertainment profile on Saturday 5th October to ask if Greenleaf Casting are still trading and their profile was then deleted from Twitter.
Greenleaf Casting owe me £500 for a full day actor/performer photography headshots event booked in Beeston, Leeds for Friday 27th September 2013. I arrived at the venue (Hillside Business Centre) at 9.30am to find that the shoot was on from 2pm to 8pm. but the director, Scott Cole, had not responded to my messages to tell me the start time so I didn’t know when to go.
I went home, planning to return before 2pm and then was told by the venue (at 1pm) that Scott had responded to their messages to say he had cancelled the event the day before. Neither myself or the venue had been told about the cancellation.
The Greenleaf Casting invoice was supposed to have been paid prior to the event but on Tuesday 24th Sept, when I called Scott Cole to confirm, he said the shoot was going ahead but he had not received the invoice, which was why he had not paid it.
I emailed the invoice again and attended the shoot as planned as he had told me he had 80 clients booked and I didn’t want to let them down just because Scott had not got the previous invoice. I turned down other work to honour my contract with Scott Cole and am now in a situation where I need to pursue Greenleaf for the unpaid debt. I gave Scott Cole the option of re-booking the event without penalty but he did not respond to my messages.
I am in possession of a written booking confirmation, from Scott Cole on behalf of Greenleaf Casting Agency, for 27th September and a request for the £500 invoice to be issued.

1. Greenleaf Casting/Entertainment is not related to a London company of a similar name.
2. Their registered office at Convention House, LS9 is actually the premises of their accountant, WGN. At the time of writing, Scott Cole’s real address is unknown.
3 Prior to launching Greenleaf, Scott was director of Drama Drive Ltd which was dissolved in Nov 2013.

8 Update 1st November 2016 – In the last two weeks I have been contacted by several people who are owed money by Scott Cole and his partner Oliver McClellan. They have been running a print and events company called Demand-Ing which has recently gone into administration. (Notice the pattern here?!!)
10 Scott & Oliver’s new business venture is called The Demand-ing Group Ltd and seems to have relocated to Leeds, Yorkshire. Click the image to the right to read Scott’s announcement. (As of 10.11.16 Demand-Ing is still operational at Companies House https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/10208358 )
11 Another new company has been registered on 1st Nov 2016. Scott and his partner Oliver are directors. The Northern Monkey Group Limited is based at Sheaf Street in Leeds. https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/10457067
12 One of Scott & Ollie’s previous victims has begun a campaign to clear his name. He was their landlord and claims he was the subject of false allegations in the media re him being homophobic & bullying his tenants. He claims this was an attempt to avoid settling the back payments of rent that were owed to him by Scott & Ollie. http://www.life-magazines.co.uk/magazines/psl/psl.php#page/6
